Tapered equipment is a further development of the integral system where a comprehensive selection of bits can be used on the same rod. There are two standard hex rod sizes – 22mm or 25mm in diameter and up to 8000mm in length and a wide selection of bit designs for hole sizes 27-41mm (11/16″ to 15/8″).
